Similar to Grapefruit Peel Textile, repetitively scraping away the thin acrylic paint on the vinyl Mask provided an outlet for anxiety through routine. However it also felt so painstakingly detailed that the action alone filled my body with tension. It felt like my body took on the stress that my mind needed to let go.
